We love dogs! If your dog is friendly and welcoming let him hang out outside during our service. That said, if there are any concerns about territorial behavior or aggression from your pup – out of respect for everyone’s safety – it might be best to leave him indoors until after we’re done.
Yes, gates must be UNLOCKED. If your gate has a lock, please contact us to coordinate access prior to your first service. We reserve the right to charge for service if your gate is locked or blocked (or if your dog stops us form cleaning the yard).
To keep our costs low, our routing system determines the most efficient route for servicing all customers. While we attempt to keep your service on a consistent day, there may be changes based on route availability. Please let us know if you need your service on a particular day to accommodate an upcoming event at your home.
No, there is no need for a contract. You can cancel our service at any time – just give us 24 hours notice of your usual service day.
Not a problem. Just call or email us and we can skip your service as long as we have 24 hours notice. As long as you do not skip more than 2 weeks, you will not be charged any extra when the service resumes. Periods longer than that may result in a charge similar to the first time fee.
We monitor the weather closely and do our best to get to your yard before any severe weather occurs. Our techs work during most bad weather, but heavy rainfall and thunderstorms may prevent us from scooping. We will notify you via email of any changes in schedules or cancellations due to inclement weather.
Spring rains bring fast-growing grass. Please be sure you mow regularly to ensure all pet waste is picked up.
No refunds are issued due to inclement weather; that just means we have double the poop to scoop on your next scheduled visit. We will remove all the missed waste during our next visit at no additional charge.
Yes, we carry appropriate insurance to protect both you and our team.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not happy with our service, we will revisit your property within 24 hours to re-scoop your yard. You must notify us within 24 hours of your last service so that we can assess the situation properly.
Note that yards full of leaves or long grass make it difficult to see all dog waste. Additionally, we cannot remove dog waste encased in ice even though it may be visible.
